F46 Butterfly Valve

Overview Butterfly valves use a disc that rotates with the stem as the closing element to achieve valve opening, closing, and flow regulation. Lined butterfly valves employ lining technology on the flow-passing components such as the valve body, disc, and stem, uniformly coating them with a layer of fluoroplastic. This makes them resistant to corrosion from any medium except "molten alkali metals." They feature a compact size, light weight, flexible operation, and easy installation. Our butterfly valves belong to the D71F46 and D41F46 series, with the valve body adopting a split two-piece structure. Structural Features 1. The centerline butterfly valve disc is concentric (centerline) within the 360° circumference of the seat, providing bidirectional sealing functionality and allowing free adjustment of pressure and flow. 2. Four-stage loading elastic sealing ensures zero internal and external leakage. 3. Simple structure, quick operation, and 90° rotation for opening and closing. 4.
